ACD Reason Code

 

To create an ACD reason code, you need to go to ACD Not Ready Reason.

 

You can set the Reason Code Usage to Use.

When in use, agents will have to enter a reason code when they are logging off the queue.

 

Click on Modify and you can edit 1 – 9 reason codes. The maximum characters is 16.

Reason code 0 – No Reason cannot be changed.

 

 

Then an agent can logout of an ACD group and enter the reason, this is also available on iPECS ONE.
