Display Name on Voicemail
To display the name of the person who left a voicemail, you need to have the number and name saved under the Company Directory.
This entry needs to have the group speed bin and group name assigned to them.
You will then see this entry with a lightening icon next to the number.
When this person leaves a VM to a user, the name will be displayed as well.
The name is only displayed if they are in the Company Directory with the conditions mentioned above.
