Displaying Specific CLI on Inbound Calls
To display a specific number on inbound calls, regardless of the original number calling in, there is a workaround using a shared line.
This workaround could be used for devices that cannot pass alpha tagging, like an IP DECT, so the users can at least see to which number the call is coming in.
First route the customer’s number on the DDI Summary to a shared line, created specifically for displaying the outbound CLI you desire to show on incoming calls.
Create the shared line, and on the cog icon, you need to change the Outgoing caller ID to the number you wish to display on inbound calls.
You can also see the KB: iPECS Cloud – Shared line sending specific CLI.

Then, use a dummy or spare DDI and on DDI Summary point it to ring the destination required.
Go to User Feature Configuration and for the shared line set to have an unconditional call forward to the dummy DDI and the Caller ID for Off-net Call Forward to Call Forwarding Number.
That means, when you call the customer number, it will forward to a shared line,
this shared line will forward to the destination but pass the shared line Outgoing CLI you set, not the original CLI calling in.
