Pickup Group Member Notification for iPECS ONE User

You can enable a notification for iPECS ONE users to know when someone from their pick up group is receiving a call.

This is beneficial for remote iPECS ONE users to know when someone is receiving a call and choosing to pick up.

To enable the notification, you need to go to Pick Up Group > tick the Notification tick box.

You can only enable the notification tick box for iPECS ONE users and up to 10 iPECS ONE users per pick up group can be enabled.

On the iPECS ONE, you will see a window when that user is being called, but no sound will be played to indicate a call is coming into a pick up group member.

The caller is on the Company Directory as the name: Test Tester and its calling Jess’s extension directly.

Or number without being an entry in the Company Directory.

When the pick up group member receives a call on the hunt group they are a member, you can see the hunt group name in brackets on the window.
