Voice Mail Schedule and Uploading a Greeting for Shared Line

 

On the Customer Manager Portal under Company > Voicemail Schedule >  Shared Line Schedule,

you can upload greetings for your shared lines and set days and times those greetings will play.

 

First, select the shared line number from the dropdown.

 

 

Then click on Add to add a new shared line schedule.

 

 

Then you can enter the Schedule Name, upload a Greeting and select when this greeting will play.

You can add more than one schedule per shared line, so you could have a day greeting, a night greeting, a holiday greeting, etc…

Just select with days and times the greeting will play.

Please note you cannot have conflicts on this schedule, for example, two greetings playing at exactly 13:00 on Monday.
