Grandstream WP810 Setup
Please note, we can only support registration on any 3rd party SIP device.
Browse to the GUI of the phone and go to Accounts > Account 1 > General Settings:
First activate the line setting it to Yes.
Then under SIP Server, Secondary SIP Server and Outbound Proxy: Enter the SIP IP address your SIP phones should connect to.
You can find this on the Reseller Portal > Customers > Customer Info > Phone Setting Info > SIP Phone Registration IP Address.
SIP User ID: Authentication ID of the user on Cloud
Authentication ID: Authentication ID of the user on Cloud
Authentication password: Authentication password of the user on Cloud
Click save and apply.
Under Audio Setting change the preferred CODEC to PCMA
And Send DTMF: only tick via SIP INFO.
Click save and apply.
Ensure that both options are enabled to stop malicious internal and external actors from calling the Grandstream device.
